Introduction Our client in the Professional Training and Coaching industry is currently looking for a Lead Generator for a 12 month fixed contract, in Tyger Valley, Cape Town
Duties & Responsibilities
Stay up to date with all courses and services offered by the company Keep informed on relevant industry regulations, including SETA, SAQA, and B-BBEE frameworks Identify and research potential clients through various online platforms (e.g., company databases, Google searches, and professional networks) Conduct cold calling and telephone canvassing to generate new business opportunities Schedule and secure a minimum of 20 qualified meetings per week with decision-makers such as Training Managers, Financial Executives, and B-BBEE Consultants Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports Escalate client queries or issues to management in a timely manner Attend branch sales and marketing meetings Promote the company’s services in a professional and positive manner Adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Quality Management System (QMS)
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric (Grade 12) Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or telesales Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Strong research and online prospecting abilities Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and secure high-level meetings Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently Strong reasoning ability (abstract, deductive, and contextual) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality
