Introduction Our client is looking for a Junior Support Engineer to provide ICT support and assist with the management and resilience of its systems.
Duties & Responsibilities You will be responsible for:
Providing first-level support for system issues, setting up systems and managing user accounts. Documenting system configurations and troubleshooting steps. Supporting the deployment, maintenance, tracking and decommissioning of ICT assets. Assisting with server maintenance, continuity planning, risk mitigation and disaster recovery testing. Deploying software and firmware updates, monitoring compliance and resolving issues after deployment.
Desired Experience & Qualification
A Diploma or Certificate in IT Support or a related field. At least 2 years’ experience in a Support Engineer role in a large organisation.
