Design and implement secure identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Zero Trust concepts while driving automation and innovation for hybrid cloud environments!

The ideal candidate is a completely independent IT security professional with minimum 5 years of experience managing large Cloud/Hybrid environments who brings expert implementation skills in Entra ID Connect and Active Directory, demonstrates advanced expertise in Zero Trust architecture and authentication protocols (Kerberos, SAML, OAUTH/OIDC), excels at Infrastructure as Code automation with PowerShell and Azure Functions, works in multicultural global teams, and continuously drives innovations to keep authentication platforms ready for the future!

Duties & Responsibilities Role Requirements

As a fundamental part of the domain Digital Identity, we are responsible for the global Active Directory with more than 100,000 user accounts and Entra ID. Therefore, ensuring high availability and highest state of the art security are key success factors in our daily work Drive the implementation of IT Strategy As an Entra ID and Security Specialist, you will be responsible for the global Entra ID infrastructure operation, maintenance and innovation You have the possibility to constantly improve operational tasks & processes, evaluate & implement innovations (new features & functions) and continuously drive automation to keep Entra ID ready for the future You work very closely in a global multicultural team including our interface partners and stakeholders

Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications / Experience

Successfully completed degree in computer science/communications engineering or another degree program or comparable qualification Minimum 5 years of professional experience (also internationally) in the IT sector, some of them with responsibility of managing large Cloud / Hybrid environments

Essential Skills Requirements

Min. 3 years of professional experience in the implementation and support of Microsoft Enterprise IT architectures with a focus on Identity and Access Management Systems Expert experience in implementing and administering Microsoft Entra ID, Entra ID Connect and Active Directory, together with the good knowledge in authentication protocols (Kerberos, SAML, OAUTH/OIDC) Advanced experience in Entra ID and Zero Trust architecture concepts Advanced Experience with development and implementation of Entra ID security concepts Advanced experience in network protocols of IPv4, IPv6, DNS Advanced experience automation as Infrastructure as Code with e.g. PowerShell, Azure Functions Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
