Work based exposure may include the following:
Maintain the documentation and regular updating of the document register Stakeholder management - Follow-up and resolve all queries within the predefined turnaround times General office administration, filing and data capturing related to the claims administration process. Diary Management Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and events. Draft, proofread, and send emails and memos on behalf of executives. Screen and direct phone calls and incoming mail. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems. Assist with travel arrangements. Take and distribute meeting notes or minutes. -Support in planning, organizing, and executing small projects or events. Order office supplies and manage inventory
