INTERMEDIATE TO SENIOR FULL-STACK DEVELOPER / TECHNICAL LEAD - DURBAN

Introduction Are you a highly experienced Full-Stack Developer ready to take the lead on a major ERP transformation?

We are looking for an Intermediate or Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead to play a key role in building a new ERP platform from the ground up. South African Citizens only.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong developer who wants to influence architecture, establish development standards, solve complex technical challenges and mentor a growing development team.

Duties & Responsibilities Architect scalable, secure and maintainable full-stack solutions Lead complex feature development and system integrations Set and enforce coding standards and best practices Mentor junior and intermediate developers Take ownership of production stability, deployments and releases Work closely with Product, QA and key stakeholders Drive technical improvements and reduce technical debt Contribute to data modelling, API design and architecture decisions

Desired Experience & Qualification Essential:

4+ years of professional full stack development experience

Demonstrated experience in a senior individual contributor or technical leadership role

ERP, accounting, or financial software development background Advanced Java Spring Boot experience Strong React architecture and development experience Advanced PostgreSQL – query tuning, indexing and schema design Strong REST API design – OpenAPI / Swagger and versioning Git branching strategy and governance Docker and production containerised environments Linux administration and scripting Automated testing – Unit, Integration & E2E

Advantageous: Kubernetes or similar container orchestration CI/CD pipeline design and ownership React Native or PWA architecture Metabase or similar BI/reporting tools Redis or other caching technologies
