Summary of the position: To provide an independent, objective, assurance and consulting service designe to add value and improve the operations on a 4-month maternity cover contract. The Internal Audit unit helps the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematically disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes
Desired Experience & Qualification • Postgraduate qualification in Internal Audi/Accounting/Finance Management
• A professional qualification such as CIA
• 5 years’ Audit Management experience.
• Completed articles including membership to the Institute of Internal Auditors.
• Knowledge of IPPF, Treasury Regulations, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Polices and COSO Framework, IIA Code of Ethics.
• Skills: Leadership, Strong Communication skills, Interviewing, Problem solving, Analytical skills, Report Writing skills, Creative thinking abilities and Ability to work under pressure
• Competent in MS office
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong numerical ability/skills
• Lunch break 30 minutes 13h00 to 13h30
