Reference: HT002084-NN-1A leading Industrial Equipment distributer  is seeking an Interim Financial Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance function on a 6-month contract, ensuring operational continuity, maintaining financial controls and supporting management reporting during the transition period until a permanent senior finance appointment is made. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced finance professional comfortable operating at both supervisory and processing level. Duties & Responsibilities

Qualified accountant, finance manager or experienced financial controller; CA not a requirement Strong hands-on operational finance and accounting experience within an SME or mid-sized business Proven experience managing finance teams and month-end processes Strong knowledge of accounting systems and finance process controls Experience in distribution, industrial or trading businesses advantageous
