<p><strong>Nature of Role: Off-roll /Contract position</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Location: Goregaon, Mumbai</p><p><br></p><p>Note: We work 5 days from Office (No WFH/Hybrid)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong>Computer Engineering Background - BE/BTech/BCA/BSC-IT/MCA/MSC-IT</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as an IT technical recruiter</li><li>Foster and strengthen relationships with prospective candidates, who are specialised in IT job profiles, to fill existing vacant roles in the company</li><li>Driving Talent Acquisition innovative projects – Pre and Post On boarding Engagement with new joiners, Brand positioning of Organization, participation in technology events</li><li>Preferred someone who has Hired opensource, AI, DS, Java, Fullstack, information security position.</li><li>Generate new leads and devise innovative strategies to identify IT talent that suit the technical requirements of the company</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and initiating pre-screening level tech test &amp; interviews, HR Discussion etc.</li><li>Execute strategic hiring programs as an IT talent recruiter keeping in mind Information Technology trends</li><li>Manage the IT talent hub through job boards, social network site and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database</li><li>Design and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates on social media platforms.</li><li>Person should have exp in data analysis in MS Excel/ different tools with regards to talent acquisition.</li></ul><p></p>
