This role involves ensuring efficient service delivery, managing projects, and maintaining high service standards to meet organizational objectives. This is a contract position, based on-site in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge and experience in Information Technology and IT Service Management</li><li>Proven skills in Service Desk operations and effective Service Delivery management</li><li>Experience and proficiency in Project Management</li><li>Ability to analyze systems and workflows to enhance service efficiency</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field</li><li>ITIL certification or equivalent is preferred</li><li>Experience with telecoms service management is a plus</li></ul>
