HR POSITION - POTCHEFSTROOM

Location: Potchefstroom, North West Industry: Motor & Tyre Industry

Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all HR functions and employee-related matters. Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, grievances, contracts, leave and attendance. Manage monthly and weekly payroll processing, including payroll administration and employee queries. Ensure accurate and timely statutory submissions and compliance, including UIF, PAYE, SDL and other applicable requirements. Manage pension/provident fund contributions, including employee deductions, employer contributions and submissions. Manage MIBCO and other industry-related HR requirements where applicable. Take responsibility for Health & Safety (OHS) functions and compliance. Coordinate health and safety inspections, risk assessments, training, medical surveillance and corrective actions.

Desired Experience & Qualification MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

HR qualification or degree in Human Resources Management Previous experience in an HR environment Good knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR procedures Strong administration and communication skills Computer literate Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information Experience with employee relations, disciplinary procedures and workplace policies. Sage Payroll experience will be an advantage Knowledge or experience in the motor, tyre or automotive industry will be an advantage Health and Safety knowledge or experience will be an advantage.
