Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

High-Quality Development: Independently design, develop, and ship highly optimized backend and frontend code on time, taking end-to-end ownership of delivery requirements. DevOps Support & Standby: Support existing production solutions, including a willingness and readiness to manage after-hours, weekend, and public holiday standby rotations. AI Feature Injection: Autonomously build AI harnesses and automated skills to streamline internal work or boost product features without demanding dedicated sprint capacity. Requirements Sizing: Engage directly with global end-users to unpack complex business requirements, actively driving the functional refinement and sizing of user stories. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify system impediments, architectural risks, or blockers, executing immediate resolutions or escalations to appropriate stakeholders. Compliance & Standards: Enforce absolute adherence to code compliance rules, strict testing standards, software security directives, and system documentation in line with ISO standards. Knowledge Transfer: Spearhead proactive technical knowledge-sharing, architectural presentations, and peer training sessions within your squad and across broader teams.

Java Spring Boot – expert design and development of scalable microservices. Asynchronous messaging & event streaming platforms: Kafka & JMS (MQ). Data access layers: JDBC, Object-Relational Mapping (ORM), and structured SQL. API Development (RESTful services).

Frontend, Cloud & Version Control:

Angular and Node.js utilizing TypeScript and JavaScript. Cloud platform infrastructure (AWS). Robust version control and deployment practices via Git and GitHub CI/CD pipelines.

AI-Native Implementation:

Hands-on experience independently building AI harnesses, custom skills, and localized agents into enterprise system contexts.

Advantageous Skills:

Containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker, and Maven tools. Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) architectures via Terraform. Cloud platform certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner level or higher). Integration experience with legacy SOAP API services. Daily usage of Agile project delivery systems (Jira, Confluence).
