What You Will OwnFull P&L responsibility for the manufacturing siteMonthly reporting, forecasting, and annual budgetingInventory valuation, WIP management, and cost controlStandard costing and detailed variance analysisManufacturing KPI tracking (cost per unit, yield, waste, efficiencies)BI reporting and performance analytics (Power BI / SAP / ERP systems)CAPEX oversight and fixed asset managementWorking capital optimisation and inventory improvementsFinance business partnering with Plant and Technical leadershipLeadership and development of the site finance teamIFRS compliance, audit readiness, and strong internal control oversight What You BringCA(SA) or relevant finance qualification58 years experience within the FMCG alcohol/beverage sector (essential)35 years operational plant-level finance experienceStrong cost accounting and standard costing expertiseERP systems proficiency (SAP / Syspro / Oracle / Dynamics essential)Commercial acumen with strong analytical capabilityConfidence in fast-paced, production-driven environmentsProven ability to influence stakeholders and partner with operations Apply now!
