Introduction Our client in the Retail Industry, requires the services of a Financial Accountant
to join the team.
Duties & Responsibilities Key performance areas:
Accountable for all branch accounting: includes weekly reports and monthly financial accounts Payroll Input Handle trade payables Management and performance of accounting staff Complete finance for the department in Johannesburg
Desired Experience & Qualification The successful candidate must have:
Matric and a B.Com Degree with Accounting as a major subject At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role Must have completed articles with some accounting experience in a commercial environment Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel) SAP experience would be advantageous Must have good interpersonal experience at management and staff level Excellent written and verbal communication Must be accurate and pay great attention to detail Must have a driver’s licence
