Efficiency Administrator - Business Development 6 Months Fixed - term Contract

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Marketing & Efficiency Administrator provides operational and marketing support to the Business Development team. This role ensures smooth execution of campaigns, accurate reporting, and efficient project coordination, contributing directly to business growth and client satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

Coordinate and manage business development documentation, proposals, and contracts. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events. Maintain and update client databases and marketing records. Prepare reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and market trends. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. Provide administrative support to the Business Development Executive and team. Monitor efficiency metrics and prepare regular performance reports. Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities. Assist with cost management, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

National Diploma/B Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM/marketing tools. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to interpret data and prepare clear reports. Creative problem-solving and process improvement orientation

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

1+ years’ experience in marketing administration, efficiency reporting, or business development support.
