Dynatrace Automation Specialist - Renewable contract (NH)

Introduction Are you a hands-on technical specialist who enjoys building automation apps, integrating platforms, and improving operational processes? 

 

We are looking for an intermediate Dynatrace Automation Specialist with a strong Java based technical foundation and practical operational experience to join our dynamic technology team.

 

Dynatrace experience will be an advantage. (not essential) Job Description Core focus: Dynatrace apps, workflows, APIs and automation.

Key Technologies: Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, JSON, Python.

 

Dynatrace Automation:

Build automation apps, workflows, dashboards and integrations within the Dynatrace platform.

App Development:

Develop solutions using Dynatrace AppEngine, Workflows, APIs, TypeScript/JavaScript and platform services.

Operational Automation:

Identify repetitive operational tasks and convert them into automated processes or assisted workflows.

Integration:

Integrate Dynatrace with operational tools, REST APIs, webhooks, ITSM platforms and data sources.

Data Intelligence:

Use observability data to create intelligent automation, reporting and decision-support capability.

SRE Enablement:

Support SRE practices such as automated remediation, incident response, reliability indicators and service health views. Minimum Requirements National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.

3-5 years relative experience.

 

Strong Java foundation or Java-based application development experience.

TypeScript / JavaScript - Ability to build apps, UI logic or automation components.

Strong understanding of JSON structures, API payloads, configuration and data exchange formats.

Python experience, ability to write scripts, automation logic and data-processing utilities.

REST APIs / Webhooks.

Dynatrace experience advantage - not essential.

Practical experience in Application Support, Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE or production operations. Package & Remuneration Salary Market Related
