Introduction We are seeking an execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive to support eCOGRA’s day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels, events, PR and website management.
This role combines digital marketing expertise with strong visual and content creation skills, playing a key role in enhancing eCOGRA’s online presence and supporting commercial objectives.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Sales and work closely with internal stakeholders across the business.
Duties & Responsibilities Digital & Content
Create and manage content across LinkedIn, blogs and email campaigns Design engaging visual assets aligned with brand guidelines Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and reach Produce high-quality blog content informed by industry trends and audience insights Monitor and analyse campaign performance and optimise accordingly
Website Management
Maintain and update website content using WordPress Support optimisation of landing pages and user experience
Events
Support marketing campaigns for events, including stand design, content and logistics Assist with pre- and post-event communications
PR & Communications
Support editorial content, media engagement and PR initiatives Assist with internal and external communications
Sales & Internal Support
Develop marketing materials to support the sales function Work closely with the Head of Sales to align marketing with commercial priorities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver consistent messaging
KPIs
Timely delivery of marketing tasks and campaigns Consistent execution of LinkedIn content (approx. 2 posts per week) Effective support of event marketing initiatives Quality and accuracy of content and design output Positive internal stakeholder feedback
Additional Responsibilities
Support internal marketing needs across departments Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers where required Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices Take on ad hoc tasks as needed
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role Proven experience managing LinkedIn, content creation and campaigns Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva, WordPress, HubSpot or similar Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) Demonstrated ability to execute marketing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
