This is an in-house role suited to someone who thrives in a high-energy, creative-meets-strategic environment and knows how to turn ideas into measurable results.Duties and Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Management:Plan, create (copy), schedule, and publish content for the company and all partner brands.Manage monthly content calendars end-to-end.Handle community management daily: DMs, comments, inboxes, audience engagement, and spam filtering.Email Marketing & Database Management:Set up the company email ecosystem from scratch.Build and maintain email lists for the company and partner brands.Create and schedule multiple weekly newsletters per brand.Manage all inbound enquiries and communication workflows.Set up automation flows (welcome, nurture, abandoned cart, etc.).Lead Generation, Paid Media & Performance:Create and optimise lead gen funnels across Meta, Google, TikTok, and landing pages.Build and manage full-funnel paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).Manage budgets, pacing, targeting, and continuous optimisation.Tracking, Pixels & Analytics:Set up and maintain full tracking environments (GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, UTM systems).Troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate performance data across all touchpoints.Website Management:Make updates and edits on WordPress and Shopify sites.Support conversion flow improvements and integration across email, paid, and lead gen.Liaise with developers for larger updates where needed.Google Ecosystem:Manage Google Business Profiles across all brands.Post updates, respond to reviews, manage visibility.Perform basic SEO updates (metadata, alt text, structure).Reporting & Insights:Produce monthly reports for each brand covering social, paid, email, website, and Google.Extract insights and provide recommendations, not just raw data.Digital Hygiene, Alerts & Asset Management:Monitor accounts daily and flag issues early (ad disapprovals, downtime, inbox spikes, etc.).Maintain a central digital asset library, organised, structured, up to date.Track trends, competitor movement, and algorithm updates.Internal Collaboration:Work closely with brand, strategy, design, and project management teams.Contribute digital insights to pitch decks and proposals.Anticipate needs and take initiative, dont wait for instruction.Requirements: 35+ years of digital marketing experience (agency experience is a big plus).Strong copywriting ability across platforms.Hands-on experience with:Meta Business SuiteGoogle AdsTik https://www.jobplacements.com/Jobs/D/Digital-Marketer-1264849-Job-Search-02-22-2026-22-32-37-PM.asp?sid=gumtree .special-hidden { display: none; }
