Introduction Our client, a leader in the private healthcare industry, is looking for an experienced Data Processor with proven work experience to work at a Corporate office in Stellenbosch. This is a 4 fixed term contract opportunity starting 1 July
This is also a dual workplace/hybrid role - Monday to Wednesdays office ; Thursday and Friday work from home dependent on the department
Working hours : Mon - Friday 07.30 - 16.00 OR 08.00 - 16.30
Duties & Responsibilities
Role of Data Processors The contract Data Processors will provide support across the following key activities: • Preparation and analysis of SAP equipment datasets • Generation and maintenance of exception lists • Tracking of Asset Verification (AIV) exceptions • Validation of hospital corrections • Support for KPI reporting and dashboards • Maintenance of upliftment certificate tracking • Support for Capital Planning Committee data preparation Key Competencies • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Data capturing, cleansing, and reconciliation capability • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 • Ability to work with high-volume datasets • Confidentiality and adherence to governance requirements • Structured, organized, and deadline-driven work approach • Ability to follow instructions and work consistently
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must be available immediately for a 4 months contract period The minimum requirement for appointment is Grade 12 (Matric) with sound computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365. Candidates should have experience in data capturing, data cleansing, reconciliation, and reporting, together with strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with high-volume datasets. Exposure to SAP and experience in asset management, finance administration, or healthcare administration will be advantageous. Candidates should also be able to maintain confidentiality, comply with governance requirements, and work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
