Introduction We are currently recruiting experienced Customer Call Centre Agents for a 9-month fixed-term contract based in Johannesburg.
The role focuses on customer service, handling telephonic and email queries, assisting clients with processes and documentation, resolving complaints, and providing professional support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements: • National Diploma in Communications, Customer Service, Call Centre or related qualification • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client service or call centre environment • Strong communication, telephone etiquette, computer literacy, and customer service skills
Salary: Approximately R27 000 per month Location: Johannesburg Head Office Contract Duration: 9 Months
Duties & Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming customer queries via telephone, email, and social media • Provide first-line customer service and support to clients • Assist clients with completing forms and understanding processes and procedures • Conduct client interactions professionally and provide accurate information • Resolve and escalate complaints where necessary • Follow up on customer queries and provide feedback timeously • Capture and update client information accurately on the system • Send relevant forms, correspondence, and query updates via email • Scan, upload, and manage client documentation • Maintain accurate records and document administration processes • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally • Ensure compliance with organisational procedures and service standards • Support general customer experience and administrative functions
Desired Experience & Qualification • National Diploma in Communications, Customer Service, Call Centre, or related qualification • Call Centre or Help Desk qualification will be advantageous • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or client service-related environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Computer literacy and good administrative skills • Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve queries professionally • Good planning, organising, and coordination skills • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
Package & Remuneration • Salary: Approximately R27 000 per month (Total Cost to Company)
