Job Description 4 Month contract role. Must have MDA system and PROPERTY experience. Must be available IMMEDIATELY. The main purpose of this position is to capture all invoices to MDA, reconciliations, reporting etc. Capturing all invoices for payments to MDA including all disbursements and council payments (AOD) etc – ALL suppliers Loading to bank Executions Reconciliation of supplier age analysis to MDA and the supplier statements Weekly projection for MSL Monthly collation of supplier payment Escalation to Management if there are no funds available to make payment Communication with suppliers wrt to payment/non payment Requirements Matric Posted By Jessica Jones
