Working Hours: 07:30AM to 16:00PM Monday to Friday

Position Overview:  The Creditors Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling creditor accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments in line with company policies and financial standards. This role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment  

Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: •    Processing and validating supplier invoices •    Preparing payment runs for authorization •    Reconciling creditor accounts and resolving discrepancies •    Handling queries and maintaining organized financial records •    Supporting month-end close procedures  

Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications and Skills: •    Matric Certificate; a diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is advantageous. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is an added advantage. •    Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a creditors or accounts payable role, preferably within the logistics or freight industry. •    Strong MS Excel skills, including the ability to work with spreadsheets and financial formulas.
