Introduction A construction company based in Pretoria East is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee, manage, and administer contracts across multiple project sites in Gauteng, Eastern Cape, and Western Cape. The successful candidate will ensure contractual compliance, manage risk, and support project delivery teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements Ensure compliance with contractual terms and legal requirements Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Support project teams with contract administration and risk management
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree / Diploma Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 5+ years’ experience in contracts management (construction / engineering preferred) Strong knowledge of contract law and industry-standard contract (e.g. JBCC) Willingness to travel across provinces Strong negotiation and communication skills Professional registration (SACPCMP or similar) Experience managing multi-site projects
