Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team on major infrastructure projects in Limpopo. This opportunity is ideal for a professionally registered Contracts Manager with a strong track record in the successful delivery of SANRAL projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing project execution, ensuring contractual compliance, and leading site teams to deliver high-quality results safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of civil construction contracts from commencement through to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel. Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance with client specifications. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and programme management. Manage project risks and resolve contractual and operational issues. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Requirements
SACPCMP registration as a Contracts Manager is essential. Proven experience managing SANRAL infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and contract administration. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
