You will assist in areas including Operations / Logistics Executions / contracts admin and general trade administration.

Duties & Responsibilities Logistical Execution
Coordinating the execution of physical trades from contract through to delivery Working closely with Transporters to ensure timely movement of goods Monitoring delivery timelines and resolving any execution-related issues Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth trade flow Handling operational queries related to shipments, stock, and delivery
Contracts Administration
Managing the full lifecycle of contracts from creation to completion Drafting, issuing, and sending contracts to counterparties for signature Ensuring all contracts are signed and returned timeously Processing and recording all contract amendments accurately Managing open and unpriced contracts in collaboration with the commercial team Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records within the system
Desired Experience & Qualification 2 - 3 years industry experience
Package & Remuneration Salary: R30-R40K plus bonus
