We currently have an exciting position available for a Contracts and Billing Administrator, to be based at our Head Office in Rosebank on a 3-month Temporary Contract.
Duties & Responsibilities You are responsible for Inclusive of, but not limited to:
Contracts:
Receive the contract from the branch via email Check the contract for completeness and accuracy Return contracts that are incorrect Match the contract with the CMS prospect Load information according to the contract on CMS as a new client and contract Allocate a consultant or BUM and branch Load client service and branches on CMS Calculate round-trip distance from the closest branch to client premises (mapping) Add relevant notes Complete a new client checklist Update client details on CMS to the Sage Link program Update Sage with the client's account contact person's name
Conversions:
Follow the same process as contracts. Check client details have not changed; if changed, correct accordingly on the system.
LPS Conversions:
Loading LPS retainer conversions. (Move from PSIber system billing to CMS retainer billing).
New LPS Clients:
New clients created on the PSIber system, CMS, and Sage.
Administration:
Load new user rights on CMS for all new staff members. Allocate branch and travel rates for all new users on CMS. Update travel rates on CMS as a result of petrol price changes. Update client details on the Sage to CMS link program.
CMS Development:
Evaluate new CMS requirements. Coordinate with the developer once changes have been “submitted” by the developer on the CMS test platform. Test new changes on the CMS test platform.
Re-allocations:
Receive reallocation requests for consultants, branches or both.
Cancellations:
Receive cancellation letter from the branch or the client. Check contract on CMS when client can cancel. Load cancellation date according to contract on CMS. Load cancellation confirmation as per final approval on cancellation audit (received from branch).
Monthly adhoc processing:
Ad hoc invoices reconciled. Induction Training on CMS processing and introduction to CMS.
Self-Development:
Develop competency and skills through learning sessions both formal and informal.
Adhoc Invoicing:
Create and or assist with adhoc billing upon request
Desired Experience & Qualification You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:
National Diploma /BCom degree in Accounting Minimum 1 year post article experience Demonstrated ability in MS Office Relevant commercial experience especially with creating and posting journals
Package & Remuneration Salary: R13 846 CTC per month
