Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Contract & Project Administration: Maintain up-to-date project files, track milestones, compile progress reports, and coordinate handover data packs. Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate site visits, track technician movements, update calendars, and follow up on procurement and deliveries. Document Control: Ensure accurate naming conventions, complete quotes and invoices, and maintain an auditable folder structure. Client & Team Support: Handle client update communications, follow up on approvals/documentation, and provide general administrative backup to the engineering team.
Desired Experience & Qualification What You Need to Bring
Education: Matric (Grade 12) required; a Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or Office Management is highly preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role. Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) with strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills. The Extras (Advantageous): Prior experience in an engineering/technical environment, basic knowledge of procurement/logistics, or familiarity with Accpac or Xero.
