At least 12 months of contact centre experience Exceptional communication skills with a clear, well-articulated manner Willingness to work U.S. hours (2:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.) on rotational 9-hour shifts Matric certificate (Grade 12) essential Clear criminal and credit record
