Description CLIENT The Company is a PPP (Public Private Partnership) Concessionaire to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTIC) which is appointed as its Facilities Management Concessionaire. The Company is based at the DTIC Campus in Arcadia Pretoria/Tshwane. This role reports into the Quality and Compliance Manager who reports to the CEO. It is an individual contributor level role. Contract terms: This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with possibility of extension based on life cycle of concessionaire. JOB PURPOSEThe purpose of this role is to carry out the Compliance related actions to ensure establishment, implementation and monitoring of the Compliance requirements in relation to the FMC and Contractor(s) works as it pertains to all the technical facilities management (HVAC) and soft requirements (Security, Cleaning services, Landscaping etc.) and ensure the continuous improvement on the compliance requirements in relation to the PPP contract, and within relevant legislative frameworks and regulations.
