Duties & Responsibilities Job Summary:This learner role supports the commercial functions in day-to-day related commercial operations. With hands-on exposure to the full scope of all departments as a key role within the Admin Hub—including digital platforms and educational and marketing events and related projects. This position offers development opportunities in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include commercial operations, documentation support, finance & concierge tasks, and harnessing proven digital skill sets relevant to today's commercial environment.Key Responsibilities:
VEEVA Vault – digital amendments, localization and Veeva upload and manage review process Training room – Lead logistical/admin setup and operations support for training events. Manage consumable orders and Clinical Specialist stock requests Palladium AMI & Marketing – Lead support role for platform maintenance, content coordination and reporting. Transactional monitoring – Lead monitoring of key commercial transactions (sales, expenses, invoices, etc.). Hands-on Trainings – Lead assistance with logistics, materials prep and attendee support. PTP Payment Process – Lead/support the procure-to-pay process and end-to-end invoice management. Internal Events Management – Support planning, logistics, compliance, and implementation for internal events. META Trainings – Support organizational/training logistics and coordination (e.g., for meta-region events). HCP Engagements (General) – Support engagement activities, assist with logistics, documentation, attendee lists. Roadshows/Standalone Support – Support project/admin aspects for standalone and roadshow events. New Vendor Applications – Support the onboarding and documentation for new vendors. Process Invoices (end-to-end) – Support the seamless end-to-end processing of commercial/vendor invoices. Promotional Budget & T&E Tracker – Support maintenance and reconciliation of promotional budgets and T&E.
Digital Skills & Support (Learning & Development Focus):
Assist with the design and upkeep of content on digital commercial platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe design software, VEEVA Vault, Palladium, SharePoint), as part of learning digital operations. Support digital asset localization/adaptation for commercial projects, invitations, and marketing collateral. Learn and use digital tools (Power BI, SAP, Canva or equivalent) for reporting and presentation purposes. Aid with administrative tasks related to approval processes (VEEVA, SharePoint uploads, compliance workflows). Gain exposure to analytics tools by supporting data gathering, feedback/event survey reporting, and dashboards. Support backend administration and basic content updating of platforms used by commercial and training teams. Develop proficiency in digital/collaborative platforms (MS Teams, Adobe, Salesforce, etc.) as part of ongoing development
Education, Skills & Experience:
Requirement: Events Management, Business Administration and/or Digital Design, or related field. Proven digital track record. Solid numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite, Design Programmes, Canva and a willingness to learn new systems Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks deadlines.
