Desired Experience & Qualification
Provide telephonic and email support to brokers and authorised representatives. Respond to general insurance and policy-specific enquiries. Process new business, policy amendments, renewals and cancellations. Assist with commercial and agricultural policy administration and underwriting. Resolve insurance queries within agreed turnaround times while ensuring compliance. Follow up on cancelled policies to understand the reasons and implement retention strategies. Review and adjust premiums based on updated asset values. Manage client expectations regarding service delivery and turnaround times. Ensure all work complies with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements. Recommend the most suitable insurance products and cover based on clients' needs. Support continuous process improvements within the team. Provide assistance to colleagues during peak periods or when required.
