Introduction A leading financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
This role will shape cloud strategy, define architecture standards, and drive large-scale cloud transformation initiatives across modern applications, data platforms, AI solutions, and enterprise infrastructure.

Duties & Responsibilities
Design enterprise cloud solutions across Azure, AWS and hybrid environments Define cloud architecture standards, governance and best practices Lead cloud migration and modernisation programmes Architect secure, resilient and highly available cloud platforms Drive Infrastructure-as-Code, DevOps and automation initiatives Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Security, Engineering and Business stakeholders Ensure cloud solutions comply with security, governance and regulatory standards Optimise cloud performance, resilience and cost (FinOps) Provide technical leadership across digital transformation initiatives Mentor technical teams and solution architects
Desired Experience & Qualification Experience
8+ years' experience in IT Minimum 5 years as a Cloud Architect or Solution Architect Enterprise-scale cloud architecture experience Proven cloud migration and transformation experience Experience designing highly available, secure cloud platforms Financial Services, Banking or Insurance experience highly advantageous
