Our client is a construction company specializing in building & civil related projects with projects ranging from residential developments to large commercial ventures.
Duties & Responsibilities Job Description
You will be:
Sets and maintains production targets and operates within prescribed cost budgets Co-ordinates and controls the activities of site staff and agree quality standards set in the contract Liaises with clients site staff and agrees quantities, programme etc Submits monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates Sets and maintains work sequences and construction programmes Produces monthly CES Monitors allowable programme with S.A Ensures daily site costing is in place and monitors Ensures accurate cost capturing Material requisitions within cost budgets and cash flow Prepares tenders/site inspections Quality and Safety Management
Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications
Civil Engineering Degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering (or construction supervision)
Skills
At least 10+ years’ experience within the industry Knowledge of CCS advantageous Cost Reporting Time management/Meeting Deadlines Daily Costing/Productions Client Liaison Programming Safety Register Material Purchase vs Allowable Ensures Quality and Safety Management procedures are in place
Package & Remuneration Salary/Package
R800 – R1,3m depending on experience.
