Job Title: Call Centre Agent (Fixed-Term Contract)

About the Role

Our client is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join their team on a fixed-term contract starting in August/September. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable working shifts.

You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries professionally, delivering exceptional service, and meeting performance and quality standards.

Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements

Minimum 6 months' experience in a call centre or 6 months' retail experience Matric (Grade 12) South African ID Clear criminal record Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets
