Duties & Responsibilities
Full P&L responsibility and consistent revenue growth Knowledge of the architectural / building glass and construction industry New business development Cold calling, prospecting, and market expansion Key account management Relationship building Retention and after-sales service Training and coaching Target setting Administration - quotations, orders, debtors, reporting Manage day-to-day branch operations with complete P&L responsibility Lead sales team to exceed monthly and annual targets Stock control Staff management Customer service Business growth Manage all branch operations, including staffing, procurement, and client service Increase branch operational efficiency through process redesign and workflow improvements Meet / exceed annual revenue targets
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 (Matric) Degree / Diploma: related (advantageous) Branch management experience Staff management experience Glass sector experience Demonstrates honesty, professionalism and ethical behaviour in all interactions and decision-making Adjusts quickly to changing operational priorities, customer requirements and business needs Works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes positively towards achieving shared operational objectives
