Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting daily financial operations. Key Responsibilities
Capture and process daily financial transactions Reconcile bank statements and company accounts Process invoices, payments, receipts, and supplier statements Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Assist with payroll administration and related duties Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end processes Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and policies Support the finance department with administrative tasks as required
Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate Relevant qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Finance 2–5 years of bookkeeping experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting software will be advantageous Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
