Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Training & Development: Work closely with experienced developers, receiving mentorship and practical training to develop technical expertise in enterprise document management solutions. Document Development: Assist in developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise document templates and document composition solutions using industry-leading OpenText technologies. Application Support: Provide technical support for document generation solutions while assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. Requirements Analysis: Interpret business and technical requirements to assist in the development of document templates and output management solutions. Software Development: Contribute to the software development lifecycle by following development standards, participating in testing activities, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to support enterprise output management initiatives within an Agile environment. Continuous Learning: Build technical knowledge across enterprise output management technologies, scripting languages, Linux environments, and software engineering best practices.
Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar technical role. Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience working with Linux or Unix-based environments is advantageous.
