Duties & Responsibilities We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer with a strong focus on automation testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will own the quality assurance discipline across the D365 delivery lifecycle, ensuring all changes are stable, secure, and release-ready. Acting as the quality gatekeeper, you’ll drive automation-led regression testing using Playwright and provide formal sign-off before production releases.
Responsibilities:
Act as the quality gatekeeper across the D365 lifecycle. Define and execute testing strategies (functional, regression, integration, UAT). Build and maintain automated regression suites for core D365 user journeys. Validate configuration, custom code, workflows, integrations, and data integrity. Collaborate with delivery teams in Agile/Kanban environments. Provide go/no-go input for releases, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements: - BSc in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent). - Proven QA/Test Analyst experience with Dynamics 365 or CRM platforms. - Strong Playwright automation skills. - Experience in complex, regulated environments. - Quality-first mindset with attention to detail. - Confidence in challenging incomplete requirements.
