PURPOSE 12 Month Contract Position reports to the regional sales manager. The Area Sales Representative will be responsible for effectively managing a designated territory by detailing, selling, and promoting the clients product range to achieve and exceed set financial targets. The role includes managing clients effectively by regularly visiting co-ops, farmers, pharmacies, and veterinarians. Additional responsibilities include managing promotions and sales, as well as resolving any issues that may arise from customers. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Preferable qualification in Animal Health/Veterinary Science/Agriculture or relatedAble to use standard business software and communication tools.SAAHA certificate will be an advantage.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the livestock industry, preferably within the animal health sector.Previous sales experience preferred.
