Tasks include: Discovery &amp; Planning <ul><li>Run stakeholder interviews and map priorities during an initial discovery phase.</li><li>Produce a clear findings report that the client's leadership can act on.</li><li>Help the client decide on the highest priority area to build first. </li></ul>Delivery &amp; Build <ul><li>Take the agreed priority from design through to a working build.</li><li>Structure delivery in phases, with clear deliverables at agreed milestones.</li><li>Ensure technical documentation is created and kept up to date throughout. </li></ul>Team &amp; Client Leadership <ul><li>Lead a small technical team (2 to 4 people) through a time-boxed delivery.</li><li>Translate business priorities into a technical plan, and technical constraints back into business terms, for the client's leadership.</li><li>Act as the client's primary technical point of contact for the engagement. </li></ul>Our Tech Stack includes (but is not limited to): <ul><li>LLM integration (prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, tool use)</li><li>Python</li><li>Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)</li><li>API integration and orchestration frameworks </li></ul>Our Ideal Candidate has the following skills and experience: Essential <ul><li>Has led at least one production LLM/AI implementation end-to-end, from discovery to deployment</li><li>Practical, hands-on experience with LLM integration patterns: prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, tool use, or fine-tuning</li><li>Experience running a discovery phase: stakeholder interviews, prioritisation, and producing a clear findings report</li><li>Experience leading a small technical team (2 to 4 people) through a delivery-focused, time-boxed engagement</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a consulting or client-facing context </li></ul>Advantageous (Not Essential) <ul><li>Experience in fintech or payments</li><li>Experience presenting findings and recommendations directly to a CTO or executive sponsor</li><li>Experience structuring phased or milestone-based contracts </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advantageous but not mandatory).</li><li>Demonstrated experience will be considered above formal qualifications for this role.</li></ul>
