Interested? Who This Role Would Suit:
This role is ideal for an experienced Agile Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of HR data, analytics, and Agile delivery.
The strongest candidates will bring deep Scrum/Kanban experience, hands-on use of tools like JIRA and Confluence, and the ability to translate complex HR data requirements — across employee, time, and payroll data — into a clear, actionable product roadmap.
They are confident facilitators who can lead and mentor Feature Teams, steer internal and external consultants, and influence stakeholders without direct authority — effecting change through persuasion even when buy-in is difficult to reach.
Exposure to SAP HCM modules, AI tooling, or data-driven decision making would be an advantage, but what matters most is a proven track record as a Scrum Master or Product Owner, strong organizational discipline, and the consultative confidence to challenge a proposed solution when a better alternative exists.
