Introduction Our Australian client is seeking a proactive, organised, and professional General Admin Assistant to join their growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with an established company that supports businesses with high-level administrative services.
The role has two key components and requires someone who is adaptable, confident communicating with clients, and highly organised.
Duties & Responsibilities 1. Business Coach Client Support
Manage client communication and ensure smooth progress through coaching programs Assist with onboarding and offboarding clients Book appointments and coaching calls Troubleshoot admin queries and provide excellent support Keep systems and processes running efficiently
2. Internal Team Support
General administrative assistance to the coaching team Coordinate travel bookings Assist with scheduling online workshops and meetings Provide day-to-day remote support as needed
Desired Experience & Qualification Must have a minimum of a matric qualification
Must have working experience using Monday.com
Must be availabe immediately
Must have own uncapped wifi and suitable laptop
