Introduction Denel Dynamics has an exciting career opportunity for an Administration Officer.The successful candidate will be responsible to efficiently manage and coordinate administrative operations within the organization, ensuring smooth office functioning, maintaining records and facilitating effective communication across departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
Client Communication -Update and maintain communication data basis. Management of the commercial licence and engagement with Ministry of Economy Certificate & Sponsor letters from GHQ for the UAE Office. Interaction with legal representative – Reed & Smith (Mr Aboobacker) Interaction with Local Bank (ADCB) Reconciliation & Auditing of cashbook and monthly statements Support to the Technical representative Renewal – Denel office & Tawtheeq Assist in compiling financial inputs in terms of quotations to clients. General Office Administration (filing, record keeping etc.)
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric with at least five (5) years proven administration experience in a complex project environment. Diploma in Office Management or equivalent qualification. Extensive experience in the application of the MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Package & Remuneration Market Related.
