Introduction The Admin and Recruitment Assistant will provide dedicated administrative and recruitment support across M-KOPA, ensuring efficient coordination of recruitment processes, compliance with SLA requirements, and proactive management of workforce expansion in line with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, candidate communication). Maintain recruitment trackers and databases for accurate reporting. Liaise with managers to confirm role requirements and timelines. Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring documentation and compliance. Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documentation (contracts, addendums, job descriptions). Manage filing systems and ensure records are up to date. Support communication between Specpack and M-KOPA regarding recruitment activities. Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with SLA requirements. Track and report on recruitment performance metrics.
Qualification and Skills
Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment or HR administration. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR/recruitment systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
