Duties & Responsibilities • Check transfers and payments• Prepare Cashflow & Daily bank balances• Assist with annual financial statements audits• Conduct first review annual financial statements• Prepare Monthly Management Pack• Raise Sales Invoices• Approve Purchase Orders, Journals & Cashbooks• Approve Bank & Creditors Recons• VAT Recon, VAT201 Submission & VAT audit• Provisional Tax Calculations & IRP6 Submission• ITR14 Submission• Balance Sheet Recon• EMP201 Submission Desired Experience & Qualification • National Senior Certificate /Grade 12• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field - advantageous• 2-3 years’ Accountancy experience.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Hands-on and a positive attitude• Team player, with a high level of energy• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Analytical ability• Emotional intelligence and Assertive
