We are looking for an experienced accommodation and systems administrator to join our team in Pretoria. The position is a contract position, and is available immediately until the end of November 2027. This role is for an experienced person who is knowledgeable in handling group accommodation contracts, inventory management, and contract terms and conditions. The candidate will report to the 2IC who is responsible for the Rugby World Cup 2027 project. What We're Looking For The candidate should be: <ul><li>Able to work under pressure and be able to multi-task</li><li>Must have strong communication skills</li><li>Able to work with a team and assist with sourcing services according to the requirements of the project</li><li>Have a good financial understanding</li><li>Able to interpret contracts and manage risk </li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Must have experience in working with group hotel contracts</li><li>Have the ability to interpret and manage hotel allocations</li><li>Work with our suppliers for additional requests as well as amendments</li><li>Review all hotel selections to ensure that they meet the required standards</li><li>Operate all accommodation inventory and tariffs in our booking system</li><li>Ability to load multiple travel related services in our booking system</li><li>Prepare and send our suppliers rooming lists</li><li>The candidate must be tech savy and have the ability to work in our different systems</li><li>Operating efficiently and using automated processes where possible</li><li>Excellent understanding of the importance of data accuracy, and workflow compliance</li><li>Hands-on, action-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed</li><li>Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to quality</li><li>Ability to think ahead, plan effectively</li><li>Positive, engaging attitude </li></ul>Join a team where passion meets purpose, and where your contribution will make a real difference.
