Introduction The Recruitment Intern will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment for the Company and plays a critical role in ensuring the best possible talent is hired. The main goal is to efficiently and effectively fill open vacancies, assist with recruitment plans, effectively use various sourcing strategies to attract talent, assist with the full recruitment process and assist hiring managers and candidates through the selection process and assist with job offers and the on-boarding process. The successful candidate will be based in Pretoria, Gezina. Duties & Responsibilities PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Attention to Details Make sure the applicant completes all the relevant documentation.Conducting verification checks.Recruitment administration.Draw up offer letters, contracts, compensation adjustments and addendums as per the agreed SOP timelines.Make sure the vacancy report has been updated.Making sure RTA’s have been created on PNET.Screening and Selection process as per the agreed SOP timelines.Assisting with the HR Quarterly Audit. Customer Service Good collaboration with colleagues and management.Meetings with Managers.Assist with recruitment queries within agreed SOP timelines.Assist employees and applicants with PNET queries.Ability to identify and escalate problems through relevant channels.Maintain good relationships towards departments and the Medipost Group.Self-initiative and willingness to constantly exceed expectations.Self-motivated and positive attitude.Good housekeeping standards. Learning & growthTraining needs identified and communicated timeously.Evaluate and monitor training programmes with follow-ups to ensure training objectives are met.Support the Company’s Transformation Plan strategy through correct application of the BEE matrix during the recruitment and selection process.Provides guidance and input into the business restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning projects.A personal development plan to be designed and implemented. Outcomes reviewed continuously and adjusted accordingly.Training and assessments done within agreed SOP or policy and procedure timelines.Assisting with the benchmarking of the Medipost Group’s salary information to assist with adding the approved salary onto the career path. Reporting All recruitment reporting to be timeous and accurate within agreed timelines.Corrective actions to be taken as a result of reporting feedback.Distribution of the vacancy report as per agreed SOP timelines.Verify the verification checks report before submitting for payment.Maintenance of an applicant tracking system.
